Easy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 round buttery crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. flaked or shredded coconut
Preparation

Combine crackers, pecans and 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat in remaining sugar and vanilla.
Fold into cracker mixture.
Spread in greased 9-inch pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool.
