Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lemon, peeled and seeded
rind of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
