Spinach, Mushroom And Onion Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. skim milk
3 cartons (about 1 1/2 c.) of egg substitute
1 c. shredded light cheddar cheese
1 c. cleaned, chopped spinach
1/2 c. mushrooms sliced
1/2 small onion diced
1 10 inch deep dish pastry shell
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Wash, chop and measure the spinach, mushrooms and onions.
In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add in the vegetables.
Shred the cheese and add to the bowl. Pour the contents of the bowl into an unbaked deep dish pastry shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted 2 inches from the edge comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
