Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can anchovies, mashed
several cloves garlic
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
dash of Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. oil (half olive, half vegetable)
romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese
croutons
Preparation
-
Wash romaine and dry between paper towels.
Break up pieces. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Add croutons and fresh pepper.
