Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts, remove skin and debone
    flour (for dredging)
    salt, pepper, garlic clove and lemon
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts until thin; dredge in flour.
    Saute in pan with a bit of olive oil.
    Add half of lemon and garlic.
    Saute until light brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Glaze pan with white wine. Return chicken to pan and add broth and squeeze on the remaining lemon.
    Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
