Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (fresh broccoli may be used)
1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Cook rice.
Place in a covered baking dish and set to the side.
Saute butter, onion and bell pepper.
Add the broccoli, mixing well.
Then add the cheese, tomatoes and soup.
Cook until the cheese has melted.
Pour over the rice and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
