Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans creamed corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. plain corn meal
chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix corn, eggs, baking powder, oil, corn meal, peppers and salt together.
Stir in shredded cheese. Pour into a greased casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
