Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 center-cut pork chops
    6 to 8 potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. canned milk
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix the milk and soup.
    Place 1/3 of the soup in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place chops in the pan.
    Add potatoes and onion, cover with remainder of the soup.
    Cover pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
