Fresh Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 10-inch pie
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1/2 c. cornstarch
5 c. cut up fresh rhubarb
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry and line pie pan.
Stir together sugar, orange peel and cornstarch.
Stir in rhubarb. Place in pastry lined pie pan and dot with butter.
Cover with top crust which has slits in it.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
