Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender at slow speed and pour into two (8 or 9-inch) pie crusts.
Bake 10 minutes on 400\u00b0 and 20 minutes on 350\u00b0.
Maybe a little longer until set.
