Ground Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 onion, diced
    1 bell pepper (optional)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    soy sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can chow mein noodles or Durkee onions for topping
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Top with noodles or onions after casserole has cooked about 30 to 35 minutes.
    Brown.
