Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    15 oz. jar Baker's poppy seed filling
Preparation
    Place sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl and beat well.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt and add to first mixture, alternately with milk and poppy seed mixture.
    Bake in ungreased 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Invert on cake rack to cool.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
