Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of catsup
salt and pepper
2/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Brown meat, onion and garlic together.
Stir in the soup and then add the other ingredients.
Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every now and then.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
