Almond Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, diced
    1/2 c. almonds (unblanched)
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    4 to 5 stalks celery, diced
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cooking wine
Preparation
    Mix egg white, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons oil, soy sauce, cornstarch and wine.
    Place diced chicken in this mixture and marinate for 1 hour.
    Heat 5 tablespoons cooking oil to hot and stir-fry almonds for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and place on plate.
