Key Lime Chicken Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 broiler fryers (about 2 lb. each), split
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. tarragon, crushed
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash chickens; pat dry.
    Place skin side down on rack in broiler pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Brush generously over chickens.
    Broil, turning every 10 minutes and brushing with more lime mixture, 40 minutes or until the chickens are tender and richly browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
