Citrus Filled Dutch Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 oranges
Preparation

Beat eggs in bowl until foamy.
Stir in milk, flour and salt. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in oven.
Pour batter in round cake pan. Bake in oven 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Squeeze 1 orange for juice.
Add 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Boil 6 minutes on stove.
Add orange sections.
Pour over top of pancake.
Enjoy.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
