Carnation Whipping Instructions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    sugar to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Chill evaporated milk in refrigerator tray until ice crystals form around edges of ice tray (15 to 20 minutes).
    Pour into a bowl.
    Whip until stiff (about 1 minute).
    Add lemon juice.
    Whip very stiff (2 minutes).
