Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped (one red, one green)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can nacho soup
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Fry crumbled meat and drain.
    Saute vegetables in oil until tender-crisp.
    Add soup, tomatoes and beef.
    Mix well and season as desired.
    Layer in casserole dish with chips, topping with crushed chips and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
