Herbed Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
small clove garlic
1 tsp. fine herbs
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 oz. baby Swiss
3 Tbsp. sour cream
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Process Swiss cheese.
Add small amount of cream cheese and herbs.
Mix thoroughly, then all remaining cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and pressed garlic clove.
Freezes well.
