Herbed Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    small clove garlic
    1 tsp. fine herbs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    4 oz. baby Swiss
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Process Swiss cheese.
    Add small amount of cream cheese and herbs.
    Mix thoroughly, then all remaining cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and pressed garlic clove.
    Freezes well.
