Pankaken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs or 5 small
    2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In blender, whisk eggs with a little milk; add flour and remaining ingredients.
    Whisk again.
    Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan in hot oven.
    Pour mixture into melted butter; return to oven.
    Cook 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; continue baking for 20 minutes.
    Serve immediately with:
    honey, syrup, peanut butter, strawberries, etc.
