Enchilada Casserole(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    3 to 4 c. water
    8 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    12 tortillas
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onion until done.
    Make gravy of the margarine, flour, water, tomato juice and chili powder.
    Heat tortillas in gravy.
    Place a layer in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with meat and grated cheese.
    Alternate layers of tortillas, meat and cheese until all is used.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Can be made in the crock-pot or microwave.
