Crunchy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (20 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
Preparation
    Mix chicken, celery, carrots and relish.
    Stir in mayonnaise. Top with potatoes, sprinkled on top.
    May use French fried onions instead of potatoes.
