Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 to 5 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; drain and mash.
    Saute onions, garlic and margarine in skillet.
    Add sour cream, milk, salt and pepper to taste to mashed potatoes with onion mixture.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
    Garnish with parsley.
