Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oleo
    5 c. potatoes
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Saute onions in one half of the oleo until tender in large soup pan.
    Add potatoes, celery, carrots, 1 teaspoon salt and water.
    Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. In another saucepan, melt remaining oleo and add flour, pepper, salt and milk.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add bouillon cubes.
    Add to vegetable mixture and simmer. Serves 6 to 8 people.
