Chicken Livers And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 box Uncle Ben's original long grain and wild rice
Preparation
    Saute livers and onions in butter about 10 minutes.
    Cook rice by directions on box.
    Add rice to livers and onions.
    Add sour cream and mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven.
