Shrimp Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 soft taco size premium flour tortillas
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
    2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce (Tabasco)
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 red, yellow or green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2 small tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Blend first seven ingredients together, except tortillas, then add shrimp.
    Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
