Fruit Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half frozen fruit of your choice
    1/2 c. yogurt your choice of flavor
    1 Tbsp. sugar or 1 Tbsp. honey
    milk
Preparation
    Add fruit, yogurt, sugar or honey to a blender. Blend until smooth, if it is too thick, add milk to your desired consistency. Serve in cups or freeze into popsicles.
