Biscuit Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) breakfast sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    10 eggs, beaten
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1 (12 oz.) can big buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well.
    Combine eggs, cheese and sausage.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    Press biscuits into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour sausage mixture into biscuits lined pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is deep golden brown.
    Serve 8 people.
