Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. bread crumbs or raisin bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Then add bread crumbs.
Pour into glass 2-quart casserole pan or bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
