Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. milk, heated
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    8 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice and 4 cups milk in double boiler until done.
    Beat egg yolks and add 4 cups heated milk and cornstarch.
    Add this mixture to rice in double boiler.
    Pour in casserole and place in a pan of warm water.
    Bake in a moderate oven (325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) until a silver knife comes out clean.
