Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In a bowl, combine sour cream, melted butter, milk and egg yolks.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Stir dry mixture into sour cream mixture; beat until smooth.
Fold in beaten egg whites; do not overmix.
