Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk, beat until well blended.
Add cracker crumbs and set aside until liquid is absorbed.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Stir well.
Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese while hot.
