Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pinto beans
    3 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 medium onions
    3 pieces garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 Tbsp. coriander
    12 oz. jalapeno pepper
    1/8 c. oil
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak beans 4 to 5 hours.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours; set aside. Cook sausage 2/3 of way done then add all other ingredients except oil and flour; cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    In a separate frying pan, put 1/8 cup oil and all of flour to make gravy then put it all together.
    Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
