End Of Garden Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. chopped green tomatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. green beans (1-inch pieces)
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Soak first 5 ingredients in saltwater overnight (1/2 cup salt to 2 qt. water).
    Drain.
    Cook carrots and green beans in boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and boil 10 minutes.
    Pack into sterilized jars and seal at once. Keep boiling while packing jars.
