Sesame Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    Honey-Mustard Sauce (follows)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, blend egg, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Stir in chicken; let stand 5 minutes.
