Fend For Yourself Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 sliced onion
    1/2 sliced bell pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute broccoli, onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
    After 5 minutes, add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, then simmer for 30 seconds. Serve over rice.
