Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown the meat in a large pot. Stir in onions and celery. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Add beans and cover. Lower heat. Simmer for 1 hour.
