Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked, cooled and drained well
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Morton Seasons seasoning blend
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth. Transfer to medium size bowl with cover.
    Chill until ready to use.
