Tex-Mex - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked beef sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can red beans or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. bottled hickory smoked barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Drain and return sausage to skillet. Stir in rice, beans and sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated, 2 to 3 minutes.
