Topping For Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 crust, unbaked
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    7 or 8 peaches
    1 1/2 tsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and margarine or butter.
    Add beaten egg and vanilla.
    Peel and slice peaches.
    Add tapioca.
    Add to the unbaked pie crust.
    Add the topping mixture.
    Bake 1 hour or until brown at 350\u00b0.
