Spanish Rice With Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    parsley, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tuna
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 qt. boiling water, salted
Preparation
    In a heavy deep pot, saute onion, celery and parsley in a small amount of oil.
    When soft, add tuna, uncooked rice and 8 ounces of water.
    Cook for 30 minutes, adding the boiling water as necessary.
    When cooked, spread in a shallow dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
