Po Lo Chi(Pineapple Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw chicken, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions, sliced
    4 large slices pineapple, cut in wedges
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    4 tsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Dredge chicken pieces in a mixture of water, soy and cornstarch and salt.
    Saute onions and remove from pan.
    Saute celery and water chestnuts; remove from pan.
    Saute chicken until brown.
    Add vegetables (crisp) and pineapple and finally the juice and simmer gently until thoroughly heated.
    Serve hot with rice.
