Swiss-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4.5 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Preparation

Place biscuits in ungreased 9-inch quiche pan (or 9-inch pie pan), pressing pieces together to form a crust.
Toss cheese with flour.
Combine milk, eggs and seasoning.
Add cheese mixture and spinach; mix well.
Pour into crust.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
