Golden Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

potatoes, quartered and peeled
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Melt butter in dish in oven.
Quarter and peel potatoes. Combine 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup flour in plastic bags. Shake potatoes in mixture.
Season and bake in butter at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
