Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast, cut in 4 pieces
    1 to 2 c. flour
    4 slices ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    poultry seasoning
    Progresso bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place chicken on wax paper covered with flour; cover chicken with flour and another piece of wax paper.
    Beat with mallet until as flat as possible.
    Turn over; more flour and beat.
    Layer a piece of ham and Swiss cheese on top of chicken; roll.
    Dip in egg with milk and seasoning, then in flour, then in bread crumbs.
    Dip twice if desired.
    Place in dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
