Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion (chopped)
2 or 3 T. oleo
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream Mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 can green chilles
1 chicken (cooked and boned)
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. Longhorn cheese (grated)
Preparation

Brown onions in oleo, combine with soups and green peppers. Add chicken; beat well; place layer of chicken, layer of tortillas, layer of sauce, layer of cheese.
Repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes six servings.
