Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut-up rhubarb
    2 Tbsp flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand until juicy. Mix in flour and egg yolks, fold in 2 beaten egg whites. Pour into uncooked shell. Bake 425\u00b0 for 10 more, reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
