Snowball Dessert(Serves 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can pineapple
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
3 sliced bananas
whipped cream

Preparation

Beat buttermilk with whipped cream.
Add pineapple and pecans. Add vanilla.
Place in Pyrex and freeze for 24 hours.
