Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb round steak cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 c. sliced onion
    2 bell peppers cut into strips
    1-1/2 c beef broth
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    1/4 c water
    1/4 c soy sauce
    Cooked rice
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.
    Using a large skillet brown meat in butter. Add garlic and broth.
    Cover and simmer
    30 minutes.
    Stir in onion and bell peppers.
    Cover and cook 5 more minutes.
    Blend corn starch, water and soy sauce together.
    Pour over meat.
    Cook until the sauce is clear and thick, about 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
