Tangy Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick) pork chops
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. steak sauce
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients, except pork chops. Shake well. Place chops in a heavy plastic bag, then place in baking dish. Pour marinade carefully into plastic bag. Fasten bag with twist tie. Make certain to squeeze.
    Marinate 8 hours in refrigerator; turn bag occasionally.
    Drain chops. Reserve marinade. Place chops on rack in broiler pan. Boil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 10 to 13 minutes, basting with marinade.
